Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong connections with senior executives and various teams in leading eCommerce and other sectors such as Retail, Fashion, Banking, Energy, Lifesciences, Manufacturing, etc., both in India and overseas.
  • Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts.
  • Research and acquire new clients.
  • Identify fresh business prospects.
  • Develop innovative solutions and scenarios that align with the requirements of our target audience and partner organizations.
  • Show a keen interest and enthusiasm for sales and business development.
  • Be adept at interpreting market trends and industry developments to attract new clientele and strategic partners.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in the Digital and Ecommerce domains.
  • Orchestrate IT development teams to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Engage in the recruitment and onboarding process of essential teams for project execution.
  • Consistently upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Ecommerce products such as HCL WCS, Salesforce, Sap Hybris, Oracle Commerce, Magento, AEM, as well as Mid-Size Commerce products.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in selling IT solutions related to Ecommerce, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and IoT.
  • Launch pilot initiatives that showcase value.
  • Showcase strong networking abilities.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of nurturing connections and increasing revenue.
  • Display sound project management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in people and team management is essential.
