Helpdesk Executive
Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company s Code of Ethics. Must examine situations in light of the principles of the Code of Ethics.
Provide administrative support tasks, such as event management, Meeting coordination with concern dept.
Manage end to end travel plans pan India and International effectively
Communicate with the person travelling with the empanelled travel agency & Hotel regularly to keep them updated on logistics
Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after
Maintain Dept. wise billing coordination with accounts, details of all cancellation and change in dates
Co-ordinate & support to process administration / Travel invoice
Updating data and records for all MIS activity related to Admin work
Publishing reports and trackers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Minimum 5 year experience in Admin/ CRM/ Travel Desk/Data Analyst,
verbal, written and presentation skills & Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional organization, planning and administration skills.

Highly computer literate:
confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and data entry.
Self-motivated, punctual, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills
