Position Overview

As the Head of People & Culture in the Founders Office, you will lead the setup and management of our Employee Success Partners team, focusing on building a strong, supportive, and high-performing culture across our sales organization. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to talent management and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of people strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee the Employee Success Partners team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align the employee success strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and track progress.
