The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, providing HR expertise and guidance in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The HRBP will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and develop HR strategies to support their objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters to enhance business performance.

2. Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

4.Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

5.Compensation and Benefits:

  • Work with the compensation team to develop competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans.

6.Organizational Development:

  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Working with employee unions. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
