The Human Resources Business Partner Leader (HRBP Lead) is a senior-level HR professional with 5-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadership, responsible for leading a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and providing strategic guidance and support to the organization's business leaders.

The HRBP Lead ensures that HR policies, practices, and initiatives are aligned with the needs of the organization and its various departments or business units, while fostering a high-performance culture and driving talent management initiatives, including policy formulation, appraisal management, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting performance expectations, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.2.

Collaborate with senior HR leaders to develop and implement organization-wide HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.3.

Partner with business leaders to identify workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement, including policy formulation, appraisal management, and grievance handling.4.

Oversee the design and implementation of talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.5. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes.6.

Facilitate training and development initiatives, including the design and delivery of customized workshops and seminars for HRBPs and other HR professionals.7.

Drive organizational change initiatives, working closely with HRBPs to support business leaders in the implementation of new policies, processes, and systems, including policy formulation, appraisal management, and grievance handling.8.

Foster a culture of open communication and trust, promoting collaboration and engagement among HRBPs and across the organization.9.

Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, escalating complex issues to senior HR leadership as needed.10.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of HRBPs and the HR function as a whole, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadership3. Should have experience in handling junior HRBP and resolve their queries.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant HR tools.6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.7.
