Job Overview:- We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.

  • Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering team dynamics and our company culture.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes for your department
Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to fulfill all BU manpower requirements

  • Actively engage with the Manager and Sr Managers and teams in understanding the business objectives, challenges, opportunities and facilitate solutions and people strategies to address those challenges.
  • Provide executive coaching to leaders on leadership strategies, organizational effectiveness, and collaboration for achieving business goals.
  • Be a Talent Advocate gaining a deep understanding of succession benches, development needs and career opportunities. Connect talent & leadership across the BU
  • Drive and manage organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed a continuous focus on a highperformance culture to enhance organizational capabilities and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE's) in driving and effectively supporting business initiatives & priorities.
  • Partner with the assigned COE's to identify trends & solutions in talent acquisition, compensation, employee growth plans, employee development, and employee relations issues.
  • Manage Employee Relations and grievance redressal process
  • Partner and support organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and change management processes.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address critical organizational and people issues.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and track key talent and ensure experiencebased development and retention.
  • Deliver Employee Experience programs to the business, including mNPS Survey, eNPS Engagement Survey, Leadership Developments Programs, Annual Rewards, Workforce Planning
  • Harvest robust influential associations across the senior management teams in order to deliver a valueadded, commercial HR solution in line with the overall people & business strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the leadership teams in the development and improvement of colleague, team and function performance in line with the HR priorities and the business change agenda
  • Drive business engagement and implementation across all areas of the HR agenda, spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring key stakeholder management locally & globally.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR Strategy and give productive feedback to the HR Head on business expectations and impact of HR interventions and policies.
Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goaloriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proactive nature
