Currently, we are seeking suitable profiles for a large International BPO Client at Bangalore Location.

Qualification and Work Experience:
  • Any Bachelors degree from a reputable college
  • 12 years experience in Warehouse/Commercial lending
  • 2-4 years of Team leading experience
Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Preferred Technical Skills:
  • Any certifications/licenses related to Mortgage/Commercial Loans/Warehouse lending

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Fundamental understanding of the Warehouse Lending process
  • Ability to follow established process to handle a high volume of customer requests, data entry, and clerical duties with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with clients using a high degree of customer service and strong verbal and written communications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent projects, initiatives, and deliverables
  • Ability to use analytical skills to solve problems
  • Formal business writing skills
  • The Team Lead will need to pick up any assigned case and solve it by working with the international client through emails/calls or escalate within the parent organization through calls/emails
