Role: Head of Bench Sales Marketing - US Staffing

Experience: Min 3 to 4 Years.

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. Compulsory work from office.

Shift: US Shift (7 pm to 4 am IST)- Full time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive career assessments and interviews to understand candidates' skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
  • Provide personalized career guidance and development plans tailored to candidates' individual needs and industry trends.
  • Advise candidates on resume optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, and personal branding strategies to increase their marketability.
  • Facilitate mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to help candidates improve their interview performance and communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities aligned with their expertise and career objectives.
  • Stay updated of industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to provide informed career advice and market insights.
  • Develop training sessions on career development topics, including networking strategies, salary negotiation, and career transition planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry stakeholders to expand our talent network and enhance candidate placement success rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in US Staffing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IT job roles, technical skills, and career pathways within software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing domains.
