Job Summary:


As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing opportunities for IT consultants who are on the bench.

You will work closely with consultants, understand their skills and expertise, and match them with suitable project requirements from client companies.


Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in bench sales or IT staffing. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technologies. Sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note:
Prefer experience in marketing all type of US Visa's.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
