Job Title: Corporate Relations Manager

Job Description:

As a Corporate Relations Manager at Careerpedia, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and maintaining relationships with corporate entities for placement assistance and career consulting services. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our students, professionals and potential employers, ensuring successful placements and career growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, technology firms, and organizations that thrive for external talent.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, understanding their hiring needs and aligning them with the skill sets of our students.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions and placement activities.
  • Identify industry trends and market demands to tailor our educational programs and placement strategies accordingly.
  • Develop innovative approaches to enhance our placement services and differentiate Careerpedia in the education sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of placement activities, including student profiles, employer feedback, and placement statistics.
  • Generate reports and analysis on placement trends, success rates, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, focused in the education, technology or staffing consulting sector.
  • Proven track record of onboarding new clients and involvement in successful placements and bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Strong experience in B2B Marketing, Lead Generation and Cold Emailing/calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
