Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events at Ridhira Retreat. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events including meetings, conferences, team-building activities, and retreats.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event services, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as catering, accommodation, and marketing to ensure seamless event execution.

On-Site Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote corporate event services and develop marketing materials.

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to determine areas of improvement and gather client feedback.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning and management.

Skills:

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Creative problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Strong negotiation skills.

Personal Attributes:

High attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
