Key Responsibilities –

Respond to Sales enquiries & understanding their requirements.
Answering inbound sales calls and converting them into new opportunities.
Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities.
Generating qualified leads and opportunities for Sales team.
Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner.
Mailing required details like brochures, product profile to clients.
Preparing & Updating enquires records and do regular follow up with client & inside sales team.
Forwarding prospective / qualified leads to concern sale person / sales team.

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active & passive lead available digitally and in hard copy form.

Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new businessEfficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Liaising with other departments and the client to provide the pre-sales support most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints.

Maintain an effective tracking system for all sales lead and client activities of company.
Inform clients and sales person about lead status and unforeseen delays or problems.

Technical / Functional Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using v-lookup and pivot tables.
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn.
Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.

Excellent customer service skills to ensure customers get awesome experience from company productStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills to relate cordially with team members, customers, colleagues, management, etc.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
