  • Responsibilities_

  • Interaction:_
- _The Quotation Specialist is responsible for processing, tracking, and communicating quoting opportunities for any new or existing customers. This position is accountable for providing quotations to customers and Sales Reps by utilizing sales and accurate, reasonable technical knowledge delivery._
- _The Customer Quotation Specialist interprets customer and Sales Reps requirements and offers solutions that maximize profitability and add value for the customer._
- _Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify bid requirements to ensure quality output._

- _Work with Sales and Account Management to strategize and develop product pricing for prospective and existing business while ensuring its competitiveness and alignment with corporate objectives._
- _Perform complex business and systems analysis work, root cause analysis and provide forward thinking, long term technical solutions; conduct requirements gathering/analysis following the Agile methodology_
- _Identify and collaborate effectively with various business stake holders globally to solve key business challenges through implementing best practice solutions involving process change, configuration, and or customization._
- _Has a strong focus on gathering core requirements, beyond stated requirements and correctly places these within a broader context_
- _Ensure regular Agent follow-ups on all pending quotes (as required) and status updates for all system generated quotations, seeking further information to facilitate cross-selling / provision of additional services and greater awareness of competitor pricing & strategy_
- _Management of day-to-day priorities and tasks; shifting frequently as situations demand. Balance financials with operational and strategic needs while remaining sensitive to client deadlines and the overall goal._
- _Coordination of Company responses to client and prospect requests for proposal_
- _Maintain a working knowledge of legal considerations, compliance and restrictions that affect moving pricing._
- _Perform impact analysis of the current business process, understand best practices, identify gaps, define future state system process flow._
- _Responsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions for major enhancements or projects._
- _Keeps up to date with industry trends and vendor capabilities to produce robust functional designs_
- _Reviews functional designs and obtains sign-offs with the cross functional business and IT teams_
- _Improves systems and processes by studying current practices and designing modifications_
- _Advises on solutions prepared by peers or supporting team, and champions good design practices_
- _Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks_
- _Updating the working procedures periodically_
- _Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate_
- _Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager_

  • Minimum Qualifications:_
