Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive specializing in IT Recruitment to be part of our team. This position focuses on establishing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with both small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and Fortune 500 companies for their staffing requirements, whether permanent or on contract basis. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in business development and sales in the staffing sector. If you are someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take calculated risks for the opportunity to earn extensively, and possess the creativity to tackle challenges and develop innovative strategies to close deals successfully, then this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint potential clients. Create and implement strategic approaches to secure MSAs with these identified companies.
- Reach out to potential clients through various means such as cold calls, networking, and leveraging existing connections to establish and nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Lead negotiations on contract terms and conditions, ensuring they align with company objectives and client needs. Close deals proficiently to secure MSAs.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team, including recruitment and legal departments, to guarantee smooth contract implementation and meet staffing needs.
- Keep track of sales performance metrics and generate reports. Offer valuable insights and propose strategies for continual enhancement.

Requirements
- Proven background in IT outsourcing business, with a preference for experience in the staffing industry. Demonstrated success in securing MSAs with both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies.
- Possess a well-established network of contacts within corporate organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Capable of delivering compelling presentations and skillfully negotiating contracts.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, equipped with excellent analytical abilities to formulate effective strategies and resolve issues.
- Highly self-motivated individual driven to excel in a competitive, commission-based setting.
