Mid CareerJob PurposeAs the Product Strategy Business Analyst, you will report to the Product Strategy Leader, and support all major initiatives within the Product Strategy organization.

This role is at the heart of taking our product vision and turning it into stories that move the needle for the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the development of strategic presentations to Tungsten Automation leadership in a highly visible positionBring together internal data and metrics, competitive intelligence, and understanding of customer needs to develop both short- and long-term winning strategiesUse strong storytelling, data visualization and presentation skills to reflect the product strategy and performance in recurring meetings and forumsSitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Finance, and all other major stakeholders, you should enjoy working cross-functionally to build consensus, alignment, and narratives about where we are, where we are going, and how we are planning to get thereBe the liaison between leadership, Product, and Cloud organizations, conveying and ensuring successful communication and implementation of critical initiativesSupport the short-term and long-term planning process for the team and be a trusted critical advisor to stakeholders during strategy formulation, development, and executionWork to coordinate meeting and communication cadence between the product organization and other stakeholder groupsSupport ad-hoc leadership requests for analysis, coordination, and stakeholder alignmentWhile the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.

Required Experience


Qualifications2-4 years of proven experience in at least one of the following: management consulting, business / product / strategy operations, product strategyBachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or similar.

MBA PreferredThe successful candidate is a PowerPoint ninja with an intuitive ability to synthesize information into a narrative and express that narrative through compelling visuals and meaningful insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and visualization skillsComfort working directly with senior leaders on tight timetablesWillingness to manage tough feedback and iteration in getting to the right answerConfidence in building consensus and alignment with cross-functional partnersUnderstanding of analytics and bringing insights to lifeTechnology: Intermediate/Advanced user in Excel & PowerPoint
