What Will You Do?

  • Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations with enthusiasm.
  • Oversee a significant monthly budget exceeding 2 crores.
  • Demonstrate your hands-on skills in managing and optimizing ads on various platforms including Meta, Google, and programmatic.
  • Focus on expanding Google, YouTube, and programmatic ads with a seamless integration across platforms.
  • Pioneer new acquisition channels to reduce lead acquisition costs.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of 8 to 9 members.
  • Handle client communication for optimization and reporting.
  • Show your organizational prowess by streamlining processes and enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Act as a crucial link between teams and collaborate effectively with different departments within the organization.

Skills and Qualities

  • Utilize your analytical skills effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Bring 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Show leadership capabilities with at least 1 year of team management experience.
