Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate and institutional clients and achieve sales targets.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the consumer electronics sector, including schools, universities, corporations, and government agencies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target institutions.

4. Understand the unique needs and requirements of corporate clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific demands.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

6. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for institutional clients to showcase our products and services.

7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.

9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the network of corporate clients.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Proven track record of success in institutional sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

3. Strong understanding of institutional sales and corporate sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.

7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

10. Passion for consumer electronics and technology innovation
