Position Overview:
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to join as the Dean of our esteemed Medical College. As Dean, you will lead the charge in shaping the future of medical education, research, and clinical practice within the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Medical College, driving academic excellence and innovation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement among faculty, staff, and students.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, maintaining the highest levels of quality and integrity.
Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the mission and goals of the institution.
Promote faculty development, research initiatives, and student success, nurturing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Qualifications:
Recognized Postgraduate Medical degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor in a Medical College/Institution, with at least five years as Professor.
Administrative experience of a minimum of 5 years as Principal/Vice-Principal of an Institute of repute.
Expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks, including knowledge of NMC rules and regulations.
Familiarity with the functioning of Teaching Hospitals and statutory guidelines.
Desired: Recognized postgraduate medical degree in a Clinical Subject.
Age and Experience Requirements:
Maximum age of 58 years.
Proven track record of leadership and administrative experience.
