TEAM Energy are seeking Toolpushers on behalf of our client based offshore India.

**Full Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Operations/ Maintenance**:

- Must be able to execute and plan day to day Rig operations
- Must have competency to identify and lead in troubleshoot of any failure of Rig and equipment.
- Must have competency to handle situations like stuck pipe, loss circulation etc.

**QHSE**:

- Must have skill to execute/follow HSE plans of Rig contractor and Client.
- Must be aware and proficient in implementation of Permit To Work system.
- Must be proactive to understand applicable industry standards to Coal Bed Methane drilling in India(Oil Industry Safety Directorate standards and Oil Mines Regulations, 2017 ) comply with these standards.

**Personnel**:

- Must have the ability to communicate fluently in English at all levels with Client's personnel and Client's service providers.
- Must be effective & motivated team player with intent of striving for continued performance improvement.
- Must be able to provide clear and concise pre-job safety and technical briefings.
- Must be familiar with JSAs and setting job expectations.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8 Years of experience at supervisory position
- Ability of oral and written communication and basic computer skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience at Supervisory level in drilling CBM wells.
- Must have minimum 3 years in drilling CBM wells of lateral and horizontal profile or ERD wells.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, University degree or 2 years college degree.
- Valid Medical examination and vaccination certificate.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 Certificate
