Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen StaffKitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gapPresenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.

Ready to Travel for recruit people from fieldNegotiate with candidate & take them on boardGood Knowledge of statutory compliances.
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. And prepare their joining files.
Participate in organizing company events and other activities.
Able to analyze employees capabilities before joining and their problem after joining.
Compliance Management.
Handling Grievances.
To do Employee Engagement activities.
To work on kitchen employee attrition.

Skills Required -Excellent Communication & written skills.
Ready to visit outlets/Kitchens.
Good at Excel & word for generating reports.
Optimistic & analytical approach.
Knows local Language.
