Qualification :

Opportunity Job Location:

Joining:
NP Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact.
Should have a good understanding of the digital space Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Comfortable being challenged and decision making in a complex working environment.
Thorough knowledge of Indian labour law and HR best practices.
Keen eye for detail – quality, performance, proactive thinking Excellent Communication, Problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the business goals.
Ø Manage employee relations, ensuring legal compliance with Indian labour laws and maintaining a positive work environment.
Ø Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ø Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
Ø Administer compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, and employee development programs.
Ø Evaluate and refine HR procedures and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
Ø Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
Ø Ensure compliance with all national, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Ø Experience in the branding or marketing industry is a plus Ø Support organisational growth by nurturing people development and engagement How to apply?
