Job Description (office Assistant To MD)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Secretarial and office work.
  • Day to day office operations, organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Planning and scheduling of Meetings/ Appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for high level executives, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Take dictation and minutes of meeting.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding MD for important meetings, appointments and tasks.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing Databases and filing system.
  • Implementing and maintain procedures / administrative systems
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.
  • Uphold strict level of confidentiality

Qualification Required
∙ MBA in Personnel management ( Regular College)

Skills Required:

∙ Highly develop communication skills (Written / Verbal)

∙ Interpersonal skills

∙ Time Management

∙ Planning Skills

∙ Analytical skills

∙ Calendar Management

∙ Experience required

  • 5 to 10 Years' experience in Research & development role reporting directly to Senior leadership
∙ Fluency in English (Written & Verbal Both)

∙ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets

∙ Pleasant Personality and Highly presentable

∙ Residing within 15 Km of Radius from job location (Najafgarh industrial area)



Pay:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
