Job Description (office Assistant To MD)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Secretarial and office work.
- Day to day office operations, organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Planning and scheduling of Meetings/ Appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Serve as a main point of contact for high level executives, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Take dictation and minutes of meeting.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding MD for important meetings, appointments and tasks.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing Databases and filing system.
- Implementing and maintain procedures / administrative systems
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace.
- Uphold strict level of confidentiality
Qualification Required
∙ MBA in Personnel management ( Regular College)
Skills Required:
∙ Highly develop communication skills (Written / Verbal)
∙ Interpersonal skills
∙ Time Management
∙ Planning Skills
∙ Analytical skills
∙ Calendar Management
∙ Experience required
- 5 to 10 Years' experience in Research & development role reporting directly to Senior leadership
∙ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheets
∙ Pleasant Personality and Highly presentable
∙ Residing within 15 Km of Radius from job location (Najafgarh industrial area)
∙
Pay:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
