Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at EdNet Consultants Pvt Ltd.

The Student Counselor will provide student and career counseling services, research on building students' profiles, assist in online applications, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure seamless communications with students, parents, and other EdNet departments.


QualificationsStudent Counseling and Career Counseling skillsExcellent English Communication, writing, and Customer Service skillsEducation background with a Bachelor's or Master's degreeEmpathetic approach and an ability to understand the unique requirements of every studentStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsKnowledge of the study abroad process, including admissions and visa requirements, would be beneficialProficient in MS Office and MS ExcelExperience with online counseling and communication tools would be an advantage.
