Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager (PDM) with expertise in web-based digital acquisition to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead strategies to drive digital acquisition across various platforms, with a strong background in digital marketing, user experience design, and product development.
  • Responsible for technical delivery and solution design.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements.
  • Transform digital leads to fulfillment through Enterprise web integration.
  • Work with digital delivery teams and stakeholders for product features implementation.
  • Prioritize, plan, and implement product features for digital Adoption targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and focus on agile delivery methodologies.
  • Design, integrate, and develop system capabilities ensuring scope and SLAs compliance.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies for user growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimize acquisition performance.
  • Enhance user experiences and conversion rates through collaboration.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Implement changes and governance for Digital application architecture.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Time management of deliveries and Digital Product resilience.
  • Experience in digital marketing and web-based acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results and continuous improvement.
  • Technical delivery expertise and understanding of Agile principles.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals.
  • Experience in multi-vendor setup and clear business communication.
  • Awareness of industry trends, technologies, and Agile methodologies.

Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • Engineering degree with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Preferably Agile or Project Management certification.
  • MBA or Masters qualification would be a plus.

Years of Experience Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in digital field.
Industries to consider FMCG, BFSI, ECOM, Telco, Large IT firms, Digital Natives
