The role's core functions:
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Establish and expand distribution channels to support growth objectives.
- Enhance sales and market share in the OOH market through partner networks and direct sales.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team in the West region to achieve revenue targets and penetrate the market effectively.
- Build and manage partner and distribution channels.
- Drive the sales pipeline generation and conversion, establish necessary processes, SOPs, and dashboards.
- Offer guidance and assistance to regional sales managers in creating and implementing successful sales plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including product development, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive market strategy.
- Effectively communicate with senior management to provide updates on sales and marketing performance, as well as address any challenges.
Performance Analytics:
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular data analysis to evaluate the efficacy of sales and marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
