Regal Unlimited is a premium leadership development company that has, for over a decade, disrupted leadership development through coaching and coach training. We have trained over 400 coaches, coached over 1000 leaders and impacted over 50 organisations (inc. Fortune 500 companies).
Through our verticals, we train leaders (B2B and B2C) to become ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialed coaches and coach leaders (B2B and B2C) in 3 major coaching niches- Life, Leadership and Specialty. We are a leading voice in bringing a coaching style of leadership in companies and nurturing existing coaches to expand their business opportunities.
You will be working in an aggressive, energising and collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting and meeting monthly sales targets (B2B and B2C)
- Responsible for constantly improving sales pipeline, refining sales approach and meeting conversion targets
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and setting up meetings with prospects with a focus on B2B opportunities
- Represent the company in relevant networking events for sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations on our services to business prospects
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and incorporate in selling strategy
- Present reports on sales performance to the management team

- Ability to identify potential opportunities and close them
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in the service industry
- Excellent English communication
- Experience working with popular CRM softwares
- Graduate with an MBA/ Diploma from a reputed institute in sales and marketing
- Passionate about building potential and leadership
- Office Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
