JobSummary:

Asa Team Lead for the Recruitment team in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)setup, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuringthe successful delivery of recruitment services to clients. You will overseethe recruitment process, mentor and coach team members, drive performance, andensure compliance with recruitment standards and processes. Your leadershipskills, ability to build and manage relationships, and strategic mindset willbe essential in leading your team to achieve recruitment goals and deliverhigh-quality talent acquisition solutions to clients.

KeyResponsibilities:

ØLeadand manage a team of recruiters, including setting performance goals, providingregular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and addressingperformance issues.

ØOverseethe end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition management,sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding,to ensure efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services.

ØDevelopand maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and otherstakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, provide strategicrecruitment solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

ØMonitorand report on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance of the team, and takeproactive measures to drive performance improvements and meet recruitmenttargets.

ØMentorand coach team members to improve their recruitment skills, knowledge, andperformance, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and industrytrends.

ØDevelopand implement recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talentacquisition initiatives to attract and engage top talent for clients'requirements.

ØCollaboratewith internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, operations, and vendors,to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes and adherence torecruitment policies and standards.

ØStayupdated with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices, andprovide recommendations for process improvements and innovation in recruitmentservices.

ØEnsurecompliance with data protection regulations, client-specific policies, andrecruitment laws in all recruitment activities.

ØParticipatein client meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide updates onrecruitment performance, discuss recruitment strategies, and address clientconcerns.

ØASense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on thecompany's success

ØSolidhistory of delivering volume hiring's using market intelligence, variousrecruitment channels and techniques

ØMusthave experience predominantly in the Technology and Corporate hiring fromJunior – leadership level

ØProvenexperience of delivering at least 250+ Hiring's in a year in Pharmaceutical and Non-tech Sector

Qualificationsand Requirements:

ØBachelor'sdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; relevantprofessional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus.

ØMinimumof 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, including experience in aleadership or team lead role in an RPO or similar environment.

ØStrongknowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry trends.

ØExcellentleadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor,and coach team members to achieve recruitment goals.

ØExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

ØProvenability to meet recruitment targets and drive performance improvements.

ØProficiencyin using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office.

ØStrongproblem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complexrecruitment challenges.

ØAbilityto work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively.

ØStrong attention to detail,accuracy, and adherence to recruitment policies and standards.
