KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Bangalore.
  • Carrying out presales and postsales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
  • Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.


Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain uptodate information on all customer interactions.
  • Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
  • To handhold, the customer through the presales postsales process till possession.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.

SKILL SETS:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented, can work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
