Client is a Real Estate Major in Hyderabad, with over 2000 luxury villas and flats,

From construction to completion, they promise nothing short of the highest quality. With the latest amenities and world-class services, client ensures that every resident has everything they need within a stretch of their arm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Bangalore.
- Carrying out presales and postsales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain uptodate information on all customer interactions.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- To handhold, the customer through the presales postsales process till possession.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
SKILL SETS :
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
- Selfmotivated and resultoriented, can work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
