  • Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco Routers (IOS, IOS XR ) and Switches, DNA, FTD firewalls
  • Good technical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge and Skills (ENT R&S NCE)

  • Hands on experience on Cisco routers, switches, firewall, ISE, Wireless,DNAC, WAN, Routing protocol
  • Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues with mínimal need to engage escalation resources.
  • Assist Customer with functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
  • Interface with Cisco Customer, TAC, Engineering team and providers to create and manage problem resolution
  • Communicate and document incidents to include cause, action, and solution as well as root cause analysis
  • Should be good with routing protocols viz. OSPF, EIGRP and L2 protocol viz. VLAN, STP, Trunking, VTP etc.
  • Create and update trouble tickets as required by standard procedures
  • Record, update, and manage all assigned service requests.
  • Identify known issues, hardware, and software problems, Knowledgebase, and analytical tools.
  • Assist in improving and creating processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity in team
  • Review, edit, and publish Tech Notes, RCAs, and knowledgebase article
  • Provide Design Review recommendation and facilitate the meeting.
Knowledge and Skills (Security NCE)

  • Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security.
  • Should have expert level hands on experience on firewall like Cisco ASA, ASA- SFR, Palo Alto and Checkpoint.
  • Should have expert level hands on experience on FMC, FTD, IPS and IDS.
  • Should have hands on experience on endpoint security and server security products.
  • Should be able to handle escalated incident.
  • Should be able to perform Configuration changes, upgrades and Design changes.
  • Should have Design review skills and recommend.
  • Should know Cisco TAC process, log collection, debug and work with TAC.
  • Should be able to liaison with TAC to provide RCA and Problem resolution summary.
  • Should know the inventory, asset management, license mode and topology creation.
  • Should run weekly review meeting client executives and Central NOC head.
  • Should be able draft and perform major changes.
  • Should participate in design discussion with customer.
  • Should be a technical lead for the team.
  • Should have good written and verbal communications skill.
