The Prime focus is

  • Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
  • Responsible for leading the company's efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services.
  • Creating new client pool.
  • Tie up with corporate's and exhibition organizers and ability to do cross selling with various products like exhibition stand design, conference and dealer meets.
  • Seeks and follow leads to acquire new business.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS.
  • Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.
  • Maintain a commitment to the company's sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
  • Creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.

  • Revenue generated from New Business.
  • Customer Satisfaction.
  • Considered a strong member of the team by other employees.

  • Excellent listening skills are Must.
  • Excellent internal communication via phone and in person with company staff – other sales representatives, managers, administrative, support and development personnel.
