Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, account management, customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.

Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Account Management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the software industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
