Overall Responsibility
- Coordination & Handling key existing accounts
- To organize, direct and control sales backend activities for the verticals assigned
- To achieve medium and short term commercial results as expressed in volumes and value of business.
- Coordination with Team & Order execution
Within the Sales & Marketing strategy plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control all managerial activities related to the business (sales, sales support, organization, marketing, logistics, product demonstrations/ trainings) in order to achieve the short and long term commercial objectives while complying with laws, rules and regulations:
- Actively participate in developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
- Assure continuous up-to-date knowledge in own field and act as advisor (make interpretations, support other management functions)
- Ensure that own proposals for market and product development are acted upon in due time
- Produce timely and accurate reports of the segment as appropriate

- Clarity, timeliness & follow-up of objective setting
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Full university degree (BE degree an added advantage), fluent in English & Hindi
At least 1 years of marketing and sales experience.
Is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Cohesive team-player, proactive thinker and initiative taker
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
