Senior Associate, Legal at Tredence


Join our vibrant team at Tredence as a Senior Associate in Legal, contributing significantly to overseeing vendor contracts and ensuring strict adherence to contractual agreements.

This role involves managing the complete contract lifecycle, from negotiation and formulation to execution and administration. We are seeking an ideal candidate with 8 years of legal expertise spanning contract law, regulatory conformity, general corporate legal affairs, and proficiency in startup environments.


Additionally, the position will evolve to offer legal guidance and counsel across a wide spectrum of legal affairs within the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management:
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor contracts to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and conditions.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and manage an efficient Contract Lifecycle Management system.
  • Monitor contract milestones, renewal deadlines, and commitments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure contract compliance.
  • Supervise and manage the company's contract portfolio.
  • Participate in contract discussions and amendments as necessary.
  • Work closely with the legal department to address complex contract issues.
