**Responsibilities**:
1. Litigation Support: Assist in preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts related to litigation matters.

2. Corporate Law: Provide legal counsel and support to clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and compliance.

3. Case Management: Manage and maintain litigation cases by conducting legal research, gathering evidence, and maintaining case files in an organized and efficient manner.

4. Team Leadership: Act as a valuable resource for junior associates and legal staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.

5. Client Interaction: Interact with clients, attending meetings, and assisting with client inquiries, building strong professional relationships while upholding the highest standard of client service.

6. Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for their best interests.

7. Legal Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments, regulations, and industry trends relevant to litigation and corporate law, contributing to the firm's knowledge base.

8. Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners and senior associates in developing legal strategies and approaches to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

9. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with legal ethics and professional standards in all legal practices and interactions.

**Requirements**:
1. LLB degree from an accredited law school and enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council.

2. Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in litigation and corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or legal department.

3. Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.

4. Familiarity with Bangalore's legal landscape and local laws is highly advantageous.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategize effectively.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.

7. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and guiding a team of legal professionals.

8. Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

10. Proficiency in legal research tools, software, and technology commonly used in the legal profession.

11. Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.
