Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales & Business Development Executive at Eco-Hive India.

As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with generating new business opportunities, lead generation, business communication, account management, and customer relationship management.

This role is an on-site position located in Mumbai.

Key Responsibility Areas· B2B Sales strategy· ⁠Account Management including Proposal Drafting & Negotiation for Lead Qualification· ⁠Email Marketing for Lead Nurturing· ⁠LinkedIn Marketing for Lead Generation· Cold Calling & Emailing for Meeting Sales TargetsQualifications· Graduation in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field· At least 1 year of Sales Experience will be preferred.

Recent Graduates will be assessed based on skill level.· New Business Development and Lead Generation skills· Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills· Experience in account management and customer relationship management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills· Proficiency in spoken & written English· Proficiency in MS Office & Google Office Suite· Pleasant & charismatic personality with an ability to build & nurture client relations· Any additional certifications related to above KRA will be prioritized· A keen interest in Climate action and Sustainable solutions would be a plusCompensationINR 25,000 per month + Variable Compensation Plan.

(To be finalized based on experience & skill level). This role entails 2 months of probation period.
