Principal Responsibilities

·Assist in planning and facilitate execution of the sales strategy to help delivery of product level business plans.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively drive implementation of the strategic plan.

·Contribute to the enhancement of the Corporate Employee Program and leverage it to maximize relationships from existing GB/CMB clients and NTB corporates.

·High engagement with the sales channel to drive daily volumes on EBS, Credit Cards, personal loans, mortgages.

·Monitor and assist in lead management centrally to effectively drive sales volumes.

·Assist regions in tracking local level key performance indicators by providing data analysis of past performance.

·Assist in design, implementation, review of performance pay plan

·A good understanding of HSBC customer proposition and in-depth knowledge about the broad range of products and services offered by RBWM.

·

Role Purpose

·Provide tools and levers to the sales team that helps track productivity/ volumes of all FTE

·To assist Head MSF in the development of the channel sales strategy

·Mentor team member & guide them to meet their key business objectives.

·Overview and controls of TPSA governance and Sales alongwith quality outcomes

·Lead the BDM network on daily rhythms and key performance indicators

·Support the channel in the form of a facilitator during interactions with product/marketing teams

·Work with stakeholders to ensure effective enablers are developed to support sales channel

·Assist in driving daily/weekly/monthly sales across products

·Ensure delivery of the regional plan within prescribed cost guidelines

·Support and grow cross-sell opportunities across teams in the channel to maximize channel output

·Position the bank to achieve long term growth and attain market leadership

·Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team

·Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience.

·Ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.

·Cover manager during leave and perform delegated tasks.

Requirements

·Post Graduate (Masters)

·Experience in customer relationship management.

·Team management experience.

·Skills in sales, financial planning and communication.

·Sound problem solving skills.

·Knowledge of bank and operating platforms.

·Industry and sector knowledge.

·Knowledge of sales and service techniques and models.
