Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr. Executive/Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager for Bangalore Luxury Projects with a focus on real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales activities.


Qualifications , Experience and RequirementsMinimum of 1 Year to 20 Years of experience in Real Estate salesStrong knowledge of Bangalore real estate industry practices, trends, and regulations preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skillsAbility and confidence to handle and interact with high-end customersMust have good presentation skill and closure skillMust to be a Go-getterAbility to work independently and in a Large team environmentQuick learnerMust have vehicle (2 or 4 wheeler) and ready to reach multiple projects and client places .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesforceBachelor's degree in any field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
> Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.>Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.>Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.>Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.>Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.>Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.>Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.>Working for accomplishing self and team target.>Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.>Actively prospect and generate leads, engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services.>Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques.>Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
