JobSummary:

Weare seeking a dynamic and resultdriven Document Management SoftwareSales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for meeting with corporate clients topromote and sell our document management software solutions. Theprimary focus will be on driving adoption and digitization ofdocuments within Accounts HR Administration Legal and otherdepartments.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prospect andidentify potential corporate clients in Mumbai who could benefitfrom our document management softwaresolutions.

Conductoutbound sales activities including cold calling email outreach andnetworking to generate leads andopportunities.

Scheduleand conduct meetings with key decisionmakers including Clevelexecutives department heads and IT managers to understand theirdocument management needs andchallenges.

Presentand demonstrate our document management software solutions toprospective clients highlighting the features benefits and valueproposition.

Customizesolutions and proposals based on the specific requirements and painpoints of each client addressing their document digitization needsacross Accounts HR Administration Legal and otherdepartments.

Collaborateclosely with the sales team presales engineers and other internalstakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellentcustomerexperience.

Negotiatepricing terms and contracts with clients to close deals and achievesalestargets.

Provideongoing support and relationship management to existing clientsensuring high levels of satisfaction andretention.

Stayupdated on industry trends competitors and market developmentsrelated to document management softwaresolutions.

Maintainaccurate records of sales activities customer interactions andpipeline opportunities using CRMsoftware.

Qualifications:

Proventrack record of success in B2B sales preferably in selling softwaresolutions or technologyservices.

Strongunderstanding of document management concepts and technologies isdesirable though notmandatory.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toarticulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.

Resultsorientedmindset with a drive to meet and exceed salestargets.

Selfmotivatedproactive and able to work independently with minimalsupervision.

Goodorganizational skills and attention todetail.

Proficiencyin computerusage
