Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Analyze market needs and provide insights to enhance our product/service offerings.

Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

Client Acquisition:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative solutions for clients.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 1-2

years in business development, Digital Sales or a related role.
Strong understanding of the market and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: 35k and above -Fair Negotiations according to market standards

( 2% incentives on every deal )
