Position: Senior Manager - Sales and Manager

Industry Focus: Exhibition, Trade Shows, Conferences, and Events

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate business from Corporate, PSU's, Government Sector, Agencies, etc.
  • Grow and maintain the company's services within existing accounts
  • Create and present proposals for Exhibition Stand Design and Fabrication
  • Expand business by acquiring new accounts
  • Support marketing efforts through participation in industry events
  • Stay updated with industry trends to benefit clients

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass revenue targets
  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and proposals
  • Build a new client base
  • Collaborate with Exhibition Organizers
  • Establish partnerships for cross-selling products
  • Seek new business opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales reports
  • Work with Design and Production Teams for account growth
  • Follow company sales processes and ethics
  • Demonstrate value, handle objections, and negotiate effectively

Job Criteria:

  • Office-based role with occasional travel
  • Travel within and outside the NCR Region
  • Maintain positive relationships and a professional work environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills

Performance Metrics:

  • Focus on revenue growth through new business, customer satisfaction, and innovative sales strategies
  • Independently manage exhibitions
