Roles & Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest marketing industry trends, including emerging technologies, players, and market dynamics.
Analyze market potential and identify niche opportunities for business growth within the target industries.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, teams, and relevant industry partners.
Leverage your existing network to open doors and create new business collaborations.
Business Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential partners and clients, and create strategic plans to engage and convert them.
Partnerships:
Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that enhance the company's brand visibility and revenue streams.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals for potential partners.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive sales efforts to secure new clients and partnerships in different sectors.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective relationship management and deal closing.
Event and Campaign Participation:
Participate in marketing-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings and expand the network.
Contribute to the planning and execution of the agency's marketing campaigns and targeting.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies and improve decision-making.
Prepare regular reports outlining progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing-related initiatives.
Salary: 40-50k + Incentives
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum business development experience in service industry of at least 3 years.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
Strong passion for marketing with an understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
Established network and connections within the marketing community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences
