Job Descriptions:

  • Inbound Inquiries for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects:
  • Handling customer Inquiries by phone or mail.
  • Arranging appointments by phone
  • Inbound Calls | Chats | Queries
  • Lead generation: Connecting with Old Customers
  • Order Management: Coordinating with customers for any orderrelated issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Up
  • Preparing Quotation / Product presentations

Job Requirement:

  • Proper Maintenance of Customer records
  • Excellent English Speaking and Written Skills
  • Knowledge of PPT, and Excel Must
  • Should be proactive and willing to work under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Salary:
₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
