Join us nowKey roles and responsibilities :1.Strategic Management and Operationsand Train the Team on Ops-Excellence.effective communication across verticals.scheduled client meetings, MBR, QBR and CSAT2.
Operational excellencemanpower schedule within the budget, Adjust labour schedule in line with saleschecklists and records are accurately captured on LENSall client requirements are communicated to all partners in timebudgets are understood, managed and achievedSite adherence to compliance and Safety standards as per SLAchecks, validate audits findings and corrective measuresbuild HSE as a culture in the team3.
Partner managementwith the vendor ecosystem across main meal vendors, food chains and standalone tuck shops across cuisines working in tandem with Supply teamdocumented meetings with key vendorsof vendors across sites, eventsvendor profitability and development4.
New Client acquisitiona complete understanding of the SmartQ pitch to clients for tech product and food related services.operations strategyconsultative approach on problem solving for the clientcommunication and teamwork across functions to customize the solution for the requirementtransactions across each pipeline stage starting from a lead to contract signing and Launch5.
Client management and cross-sellthe scope of work across each client and revenues being derived across food and tech servicesclients and record call memos covering the latest developments and requirements Effective consultative approach on problem solving for the clientengagement through Pop-up Canopy and eventsapp adoption and usagesteady revenues through different phases of businessQualifications:- Relative F&B experience of at 12+ years, leading teams in the food-services sector
- Ability to build and manage dynamic teams in a growth-focused setting
- Analytical ability to solve problems with a focus on technology, innovation
- Train the team and multitask between different functions
- Knowledge of local language is preferable
