Role Description:
Ability to oversee each proposal similar to a project: comprehend proposal/client needs, develop proposal framework, address technical inquiries, collaborate with sales team for technical and commercial responses, and manage response process within proposal deadline

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys to communicate Pre-Requisites based on BOM with customers and partners for leading site installations.
  • Engage and Coordinate with vendors for 3rd party integration if required.
  • Previous exposure to Corporate/large Government Projects.
  • Showcase features, Presentations, Trainings, and more.
  • Solution Designing, Budgeting, Resource Planning, Effort estimation for new projects.
  • Develop Project Plans, SOW, and Prerequisites for new projects.
  • Vendor Coordination, Customer Relationship management, etc.
  • Managing RFP's, RFQ's & RFI's ensuring timely document submissions.
  • Participate in Pre-Bid Conferences to ensure tender compliance while educating end users on cutting-edge technologies and optimal product mix.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in presales and solutioning within the Active IT & IT Solutioning Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably b.tech/diploma in electronics or related field )
  • Proficient in BOQ preparation, tendering, and associated tasks
  • Self-driven, results-focused, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience in BOQ creation, Technical Design & Drawing, Negotiation, Site Visits, etc.
