  • To maintain constant Followup on inquiries generated.
  • Requirement gathering, analysis, cost estimation, preparing proposal, tender bidding, meeting with Client & Closure of Deal
  • Achieving the defined target of business closure
  • Introducing Project Coordinator to client and handing over project info to facilitate smooth transition of project responsibilities
  • Monitoring progress of project on periodic basis to maintain Client Experience
  • Being present in weekly status call of the assigned client as required
  • Constantly updating the knowledge of the latest technologies and industries trend
  • Keeping track and update of complete work on the reporting tools.
  • Keeping knowledge and Documentation of the solutions provided by company and updating the same time to time.
  • Keeping record of all the leads, opportunities and contacts on reporting tools and CRM.
  • Managing data mining campaign and monitoring targets of allocated inside sales executives
  • Defining work load, priorities for allocated inside sales executive
  • Providing assistance to Sales Manager
