Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and understand the needs of prospective clients to tailor sales pitches accordingly.

  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with leads to educate them about the company's products or services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular followups and communication.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company's products or services.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct virtual or inperson product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the offerings.
  • Address client inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.

Quota Achievement:

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize overall sales performance.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
