Role Summary

Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their businessMake individual agents grow at least by 20%


Year On YearEnsuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agentsResponsible for ensuring quality of applicationsSupport/guide the producer in all activities related policy servicesTo recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins businessTrain agents on products, process and USP's of Co.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

RecruitmentTo identify a person who is gives us time to do a motor insurance business.

Attempt to competition motor agents to associate with usInput Activities:
Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATAAIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contest, Educational programs etc.
ActivaisationsTo do engagement activities on daily basis for producers.
Weekly and Monthly development sessions for producers.
Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.
Sales Support like endorsement, form filling, portal training and other operation related activities.
Monthly quarterly and yearly goal settings with producers.
Stakeholder interfaces

Internal StakeholdersCSM – For Business Sourcing.
ZSM – For Approvals.
HR Team – For Recruitments & IncentivesOperations Team – For Policy Binding, Cheque Receipts.
IT Team – For IT & Server related issues.
External StakeholdersAgents – Regarding New Tie-Ups & Regular Visits.
Experience

1-2 years experience in any General Insurance company.
Education

Graduate from Any Discipline with Prior Experience
