Title: Senior Manager / Manager, Channel Sales (IFA, Distributors, Advisors)

Experience: Over 10 years

Location: Mumbai

Looking for candidates in Mumbai from the stockbroking industry, with experience in onboarding IFAs, wealth managers, distributors, brokers, advisors, and CAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the IFA community.
  • Build a strong distribution channel with IFAs, Distributors, Advisors, and CAs.
  • Establish rapport with partners to onboard clients for investment products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct product training for partners.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Organize seminars/webinars for partners.
  • Drive AUM growth on a monthly basis.
  • Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • From Broking Industry with over 10 years of experience in onboarding IFAs, Wealth Managers, Advisors, CAs.
  • Strong relationships within the IFA community. Experience in selling Equity broking and Mutual Funds.
