Takes charge of the telecom platforms and leads the direction on best practices for supporting a SIP infrastructure
Experience with Breeze a plus
Experience with Virsae tool a plus.
Sets standards and direction for the Macy's Avaya platform
Troubleshoots 4th tier for all Avaya issues including P1 and P2 events.
Manages NCR resources for break fix issues and ticketing work.

Runs the Macy's Avaya lab and charged with LAB functions such as scheduling, testing, breaking, fixing and certifying solution in the lab for production.

O Provide an Avaya engineer 40 Hours per week for 6 months to provide technical engineer support for Macy's Avaya environment.
